Salt Cabin Halotherapy
When your head feels full, your body feels tired, or your breathing feels heavier than usual, step into a softly lit salt room made to help you slow down and feel more like yourself.
Settle into a Muskoka chair, listen to the sound of the waves, and let fine dry salt move through the air while you rest, breathe, read, nap, or spend time with someone you love.
A Salt Room That Feels Like a Deep Exhale
Step into the Salt Cabin and you feel the shift almost right away.
Salt covers the floor like a soft beach under your feet. You settle into a Muskoka chair, wrap yourself in a blanket if you like, and listen to the sound of waves while fine dry salt moves through the air.
This is time you do not have to fill.
You can close your eyes, read a few pages, catch up with a friend, or simply sit somewhere that asks nothing from you for a little while. If you have been feeling stuffy, tired, overloaded, or worn thin, the Salt Cabin gives you space to breathe and feel a little lighter.

$70
A longer Salt Cabin session for days when you need more time to fully let down.
You can nap, read, reflect, or share the room with someone else while the waves play softly and fine dry salt moves through the air.

When the Salt Cabin Can Help You Feel Better
Some days your body gives you signs that you need something different.
Breathing can feel heavier. Your head may feel full. Skin can feel irritated. Stress, weather changes, poor sleep, or a busy season of life can leave your mind overstimulated and your body worn down.
The Salt Cabin gives you a simple place to sit, breathe, and let the fine dry salt move through the air around you while your body has time to settle.
What Makes Our Salt Cabin Different
Not every salt room feels the same. Ours was designed to feel like a small beachside room in the middle of your day — with salt in the air, salt under your feet, soft lighting, wave sounds, and space to settle in alone or with someone you love.
Salt Moving Through the Air
Fine dry salt is dispersed into the room during your session, so the salt is part of the air around you, not just part of the room.
As you sit back and breathe, the salt moves through the air around you while you rest, read, nap, or spend time with someone else.
A Beach-Like Room, Not a Clinical Space
Salt covers the floor, Muskoka chairs are set throughout the room, and the sound of waves helps the space feel softer the moment you step inside.
It feels less like an appointment and more like time your body knows how to use.
Space for One, Two, or a Small Group
You can book the Salt Cabin on your own, visit with a friend or partner, or reserve the room for family, friends, or a small private group.
Blankets are available, and the room seats up to 8 people.
Before, During, and After Your Salt Cabin Session
If this is your first Salt Cabin visit, there is not much to prepare for. You stay clothed, check your electronics into a locker, and give yourself permission to use the session however you need it that day.
Here are a few simple things to know before you arrive.
What to Wear
Wear comfortable clothing. You stay clothed during your Salt Cabin session.
If you are visiting for skin concerns, choose clothing that allows the area you want exposed to the salt air while still feeling appropriately covered.
During Your Session
You can close your eyes, read, meditate, breathe slowly, or simply sit and let the room do what it is designed to do.
There is no treatment table, no undressing, and nothing you have to figure out once you are inside. Just sit back relax & breathe.
Phones and Devices
Phones and electronic devices are placed in the lockers before your session.
Salt can damage electronics, and keeping devices outside the room helps protect the space for everyone.
After Your Session
You may feel calmer, lighter, or more settled. Some guests notice they breathe more comfortably after spending time in the salt room, especially when they have been feeling stuffy or run-down.
How Often to Visit
How Often to Visit
For general rest, stress, or a reset in your week, many people start with one Salt Cabin session weekly or every two weeks.
If you are coming in because you feel stuffy, run down, irritated, or affected by seasonal changes, you may find the Salt Cabin more helpful when you visit 1 to 3 times per week for a few weeks.
Start with one session and notice how you feel after. From there, you can decide whether an occasional visit is enough or whether a regular Salt Cabin time makes sense for you.
