Hi, I’m Elizabeth Smith, and opening The Salt Cabin Wellness Spa has been a dream come true. For years, I have felt there was a need for a welcoming space where people could slow down, breathe, and truly take care of themselves.
Life pulls us in so many directions, and too often self-care gets pushed aside. I wanted to create a place where wellness is not just a luxury, but an accessible part of everyday living.
At The Salt Cabin, my passion is helping you find balance — body, mind, and spirit. Every service we offer is designed to support relaxation, restoration, and overall well-being. My hope is that each guest leaves feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves than when they walked in.
This spa is much more than just a business to me — it’s my way of giving back to the community by providing a space that encourages health, healing, and the simple joy of taking time for yourself.
