About The Salt Cabin Inc.

Our story began during Covid 19, I had been doing skincare & nutrition consulting from my home, when, like so many others, I was suddenly unable to do what I loved to do. To help people Look and Feel their Best. Then as restrictions began to lift, I was left asking myself "What next?"

I already had a desire to help people look and feel better. "What is it that people want and need?" 

That is where our dreams began to transform into The Salt Cabin, and what you see now.

Let me introduce ourselves. I am Elizabeth Smith and together with Alyssa and Eric, we are a mother/daughter & son-in-law team who knew that bringing a 

Salt Cabin concept to our little city would be a leap of faith, but our dream turned into a reality and we are thankful to have the opportunity to have a 

positive impact on the lives of people in our community.

We chose a cabin theme for our salt cave with the intent of making it feel like a retreat from the stresses of everyday life. We didn't want our guests to feel

 like they were entering into a deep dark space, but rather to experience a mini vacation, a feeling of spending time at the beach or the cottage. 

A place where you can relax and put your cares aside and just breathe.

Our Salt Cabin and Medical Grade Infrared Sauna include halogenerators, which disperse pharmaceutical grade salt into the air during each 20 minute session, offering you many additional benefits to a traditional salt cave. As well, Chromotheraoy, a guided meditation and aroma therapy are available in our sauna. We also offer an amazing Red-light Therapy Tower and Cleopatra Mask to aid in the improvement of so many skin conditions, including acne and to reduce wrinkles,  fine lines and age spots and so much more.
