Firm Cancellation Policy
Please note that our cancellation policy applies to all bookings, regardless of circumstances. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 100% of the service fee will be charged. For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, a 50% fee will be applied. This policy is in effect for all spa packages and services booked.
For groups reserving 10 or more hours of services, a minimum of 7 days’ notice for changes or cancellations is required to obtain any refunds. If changes or cancellations are made with less than 7 days’ notice, there will be no refunds.
Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened treatment duration to accommodate the following guest. Thank you for your understanding.
Important Notice
We kindly request all guests to check out at reception before leaving our facility. If you leave without checking out following your treatments, an automatic checkout will be processed, including a 15% gratuity applied to your services. Thank you for your understanding.
