Oxygen is the most vital nutrient for your body's cells, playing a crucial role in nearly every bodily function. Stop by and experience the refreshing boost of pure oxygen!
An oxygen bar provides recreational oxygen therapy in a comfortable setting. You’ll breathe in 95% pure oxygen through a nasal tube connected to a machine designed to deliver oxygen directly to you.
Oxygen is essential for energy production, fueling up to 95% of your body's energy needs. Oxygen therapy can offer a variety of health benefits, including:
How long should an oxygen session be?
For optimal effectiveness, we recommend a session lasting between 20 to 60 minutes.
What should I expect during a session?
You'll breathe through a nasal tube, and you can choose from a variety of soothing scents. We encourage you to relax, put away your phone, and breathe slowly through your nose and out your mouth.
Is oxygen therapy safe for kids?
Yes! Oxygen therapy is safe for children, particularly those involved in sports or with high energy. It helps calm and aids muscle recovery.
Will I feel high?
No, you won’t feel high, but you will experience a calm, clear-headed feeling. Since your heart doesn’t have to work as hard with pure oxygen, your heart rate will likely drop.
Does oxygen heal lungs?
While supplemental oxygen DOES NOT cure lung diseases, it can improve symptoms and overall organ function.
Individuals with certain heart conditions, asthma, congestive heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) such as emphysema should avoid oxygen therapy.
Why should people with COPD avoid oxygen therapy?
For some individuals, supplemental oxygen can cause an increase in carbon dioxide levels, leading to symptoms like drowsiness, headaches, or even respiratory failure in severe cases.
