A few helpful notes so your visit stays smooth, organized, and on time.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that our cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are charged 100% of the service fee. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are charged 50% of the service fee.
For groups reserving 10 or more hours of services, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for changes. Changes or cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable.
Arriving late may result in a shortened service time so we can stay on schedule for the next guest.
Checkout Reminder
Please check out at reception before leaving the facility.
If you leave without checking out after your service, automatic checkout may be processed, including a 15% gratuity applied to your services.
