Little Breathers Club: A Weekly Wellness Experience for Little Ones and Their Grown-Ups
When you have a young child, finding something you both enjoy is not always easy.
You want a place that feels welcoming.
Somewhere your child can play, explore, and be themselves.
Somewhere you can slow down for a few minutes too.
That is why we created Little Breathers Club.
Little Breathers Club is designed for children from 8 months to 4 years and their parent or caregiver.
Each session combines gentle halotherapy with relaxed salt play. Little ones can discover, explore, and interact while grown-ups enjoy a quieter pace.
This is not about keeping children perfectly still.
It is about creating a safe, comfortable space where families can spend time together, build healthy routines, and feel part of a welcoming community.
It is a simple way to introduce young children to family wellness in a setting that feels calm, safe, and easy to enjoy.

What Is Little Breathers Club?
Little Breathers Club is a 20-minute halotherapy session for children aged 8 months to 4 years and their parent or caregiver.
During each session, pharmaceutical-grade dry salt is gently dispersed into the room.
Little ones are free to explore the salt, discover toys, and enjoy the calming environment at their own pace. Children are encouraged to explore the salt environment in a gentle, caregiver-guided way that allows everyone to enjoy the experience together.
Parents and caregivers stay with their child throughout the session. It creates time together in a calm, welcoming space.
Whether you visit often or are joining us for the first time, Little Breathers Club is relaxed, comfortable, and family friendly.

“For twenty peaceful minutes, I get to slow down with my little one, watch them explore, chat with another parent, and leave feeling like we did something meaningful together.”
A Space Designed With Families in Mind
Families with young children often look for simple ways to spend quality time together.
Between naps, meals, errands, and everything else life brings, it’s easy to feel like you’re always on the go. Little Breathers Club offers a chance to slow down—even if it’s just for 20 minutes—and spend intentional time together in a calm, welcoming space.
Little Breathers Club was created with that in mind.
It is a chance to slow down instead of rushing from one activity to the next.
Children can play naturally.
Parents can enjoy a quieter pace.
Some families come with friends. Others arrive on their own and leave having met someone new. Our hope is that Little Breathers Club becomes more than a weekly activity—it becomes a place where parents connect, friendships grow, and familiar faces become part of your family’s routine.
Over time, Little Breathers Club can become more than a weekly activity. It can become part of a healthy family routine and a welcoming community.
Is Halotherapy Safe for Children?
One of the first questions parents ask is whether halotherapy is safe for young children.
Little Breathers Club uses pharmaceutical-grade dry salt that is gently dispersed into the room during each session. Parents and caregivers remain with their child throughout the entire visit, and children are encouraged to participate in whatever way feels comfortable for them.
Every session is designed to be relaxed and child-friendly, with parents or caregivers present throughout the experience.
If you’d like to learn more about salt therapy, the Cleveland Clinic offers a helpful overview. As with any wellness activity, if your child has a medical condition or you have questions about whether halotherapy is appropriate for them, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before attending.

Our goal is to provide a welcoming, family-focused environment where children can play, families can spend quality time together, and wellness becomes part of everyday life.

More Than Salt
While halotherapy is an important part of Little Breathers Club, many families tell us they value something else just as much.
Time together.
For twenty minutes, life slows down.
Children can play, gently explore, and discover at their own pace.
Parents and caregivers can join in, watch the smiles, or simply enjoy being present without feeling rushed.
Sometimes those quiet moments together become the most meaningful part of the visit.
What to Expect During Your Visit
When you arrive, we’ll welcome you and help you get settled.
Shoes are removed before entering the Salt Cabin, and everyone wears spa-provided slippers.
Children are encouraged to gently explore the salt and play with the toys provided throughout the session.
Parents and caregivers stay with their child at all times.
There is no need to bring special clothing. Comfortable everyday clothes work perfectly.
Little Breathers Club is relaxed and child-friendly, but it is still a shared space. Children are welcome to play naturally while parents and caregivers help guide them with kindness and respect for the other families in the room.
It is a comfortable, welcoming space where little ones can play, families can connect, and everyone can enjoy the experience together.
Building Healthy Family Routines
Healthy routines do not have to be complicated.
Sometimes they begin with something simple.
A quiet place to go.
A familiar space.
A few minutes to slow down together.
Little Breathers Club gives families a gentle way to make wellness part of everyday life.
Children can play and explore in a familiar environment, while parents and caregivers get time to pause, connect, and be present.
Whether you come weekly or once in a while, it can become a meaningful part of your family’s rhythm.
